1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation by the Customer

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled by the customer for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately via Email or Phone with your Order ID.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The customer must wait for the delivery and then follow the Return Policy (Section 2) to request a refund.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Mount Global

Mount Global reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:


  • Product unavailability (out of stock).
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Failure in payment authorization from the customer’s bank.
  • Issues identified by our risk-prevention department.
  • If the delivery address is outside the serviceable area.

In case of cancellation by Mount Global, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within a few business days.

2. Refund and Return Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

Due to the personal nature of hair accessories, we accept returns only under specific conditions to maintain hygiene and quality for all customers:

Damaged/Defective Product Eligible Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Photos/videos of the damage are required.
Wrong Product Received Eligible Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging.
Change of Mind/Unwanted Item NOT Eligible We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind due to hygiene concerns.
Used or Opened Accessories NOT Eligible Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Sale/Clearance Items NOT Eligible Items purchased during a sale or marked as clearance/non-returnable are final sale.

2.2 Initiating a Return (For Eligible Items Only)

Contact Support: You must contact our Customer Support team at our support email or contact number within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide Details: State your Order ID, the reason for the return (e.g., damaged), and attach clear photographs/videos showing the issue.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and guide you through the return process.

Packaging: Ship the item back to our Malad East address in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Please clearly mark the RAN on the package. Note: Return shipping costs are borne by Mount Global only if the return is due to damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item. For other returns (if exceptionally approved), the customer bears the shipping cost.

2.3 Refund Process

Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our Quality Control team. The item must meet the return criteria (unused, undamaged other than the reported issue, and in original packaging).

Approval/Rejection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Initiation: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank's processing time.

Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the entire order was cancelled before shipment or if the item was deemed damaged/defective.
