Mount Global Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, mount.ind.in.

Our Products

Mount Global, operating from Malad East, Mumbai, deals in hair accessories, including but not limited to hair ties, scrunchies, clutcher (hair claws), headbands, and other related products.

Hygiene and Safety

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, and given the nature of our products (personal hair accessories), Mount Global maintains a strict NO RETURN and NO EXCHANGE policy on all products once they have been opened or used. We accept returns or exchanges only under the conditions described in the "Defective or Damaged Products" section below.

Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (i.e., not what you ordered), please contact us immediately.


Reporting a Defect/Damage:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Contact: Please email us at info@mount.ind.in with the required information.
  • Required Information: You must provide your Order Number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or defect. This is mandatory for processing a replacement or refund.

Resolution for Defective/Damaged Items:

Upon review and verification, Mount Global will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement of the same item to you at no additional cost.
  • Full Refund: If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping only for verified defective or incorrect items.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel, please email us immediately at info@mount.ind.in with your Order Number. If approved, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after a damaged/defective product has been verified or a cancellation request has been approved. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
